Autumn Apples
Ingredients
- 3 tbs. ("butter")
- 3 tart cooking apples, peeled, cored, & thickly sliced
- ⅓ cup honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt "butter" [until foaming]
- Add apples, cook 2 min. tossing occasionally.
- Add honey and sprinkle spices over apples.
- Toss gently to combine; cook until apples are tender, about 3 minutes
- Serve.
