Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes


  • ½ cup MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
  • 2 tblsp. flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup (4 ozs.) shredded 100% Natural KRAFT Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 tblsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Combine salad dressing, flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened.
  3. Add cheddar cheese; stir until melted.
  4. Place potatoes in a 10x6-inch baking dish; pour sauce over potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°, 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. 6 servings.
