Cauliflower Sprouts Au Gratin Recipe

- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower, thawed
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen brussel sprouts, thawed
- 1 can (10 ¾oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 T. instant minced onion
- ¼ t. dry mustard
- ½ t. salt
- dash white pepper
- Heat oven to 325°.
- Combine cauliflower & brussels sprouts in ungreased 1 quart casserole dish
- Mix soup & seasonings, pour onto vegetables
- Cover, bake until bubbly. 50-60 min.
- 6 servings.
