Cauliflower Sprouts au Gratin

Cauliflower Sprouts Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower, thawed
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen brussel sprouts, thawed
  • 1 can (10 ¾oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 T. instant minced onion
  • ¼ t. dry mustard
  • ½ t. salt
  • dash white pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325°.
  2. Combine cauliflower & brussels sprouts in ungreased 1 quart casserole dish
  3. Mix soup & seasonings, pour onto vegetables
  4. Cover, bake until bubbly. 50-60 min.
  5. 6 servings.
