Acorn Squash Supreme Recipe

- 2 medium acorn squash
- 2 teaspoons butter melted
- ½ cup each heavy cream and maple syrup
- Cut squashes in half, remove seeds and put halves, cut side up, in greased baking dish.
- Mix cream and syrup and fill each squash cavity about half full.
- Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350°F. oven about 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
