Acorn Squash Supreme

Ingredients

  • 2 medium acorn squash
  • 2 teaspoons butter melted
  • ½ cup each heavy cream and maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut squashes in half, remove seeds and put halves, cut side up, in greased baking dish.
  2. Mix cream and syrup and fill each squash cavity about half full.
  3. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350°F. oven about 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
