Baked Lentils With Cheese

Baked Lentils With Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1¾ cup lentils, rinsed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 whole bay leaf
  • 2 t. salt
  • ¼ t. pepper
  • 1/8 t Marjoram
  • 1/8 t. Thyme
  • 2 lg. onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 2 lg carrots sliced 1/8" thick
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 2 T. chopped parsley
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake 375° in tightly covered bowl.
