Mexican Candy Recipe

- 2 sticks butter
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons Karo syrup
- 1 large can Pet milk
- 2 cups nuts
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Use large saucepan. Melt 2 sticks margarine.
- Add 4 cups sugar, 4 Tbs. Lt. Karo syrup, 1 lg can Pet milk.
- Heat to 232°, soft ball stage.
- Sit 15 min (set pan in cold H20) beat until thick.
- Add 2 cups nuts & 2 tsp. vanilla.
- Put in wax paper lined pan, harden in refrigerator ½ hr.
