Karo Six Minute Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup Karo syrup, light or dark
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons oleo, melted (butter)
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 pastry shell, unbaked
Instructions
- In large bowl stir together eggs, syrup, sugar, vanilla, and butter until blended
- Stir in nuts
- Pour into pastry shell
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean
- Cool and serve
