Karo Six Minute Pecan Pie

Karo Six Minute Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup Karo syrup, light or dark
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons oleo, melted (butter)
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 pastry shell, unbaked

Instructions

  1. In large bowl stir together eggs, syrup, sugar, vanilla, and butter until blended
  2. Stir in nuts
  3. Pour into pastry shell
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean
  5. Cool and serve
