Chinese Fried Rice Recipe

- 3 T. bacon drippings
- ½ cup green onions & tops
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Cook the bacon drippings, green onions, and celery until tender
- Cook for 10 minutes the mushrooms, rice, and soy sauce
- Stir in and cook until egg done.
- ½# crisp, crumbled bacon.
- Serve extra soy sauce, maybe served with rice.
