These recipe binders were purchased on eBay from a seller located in Valley Springs, South Dakota. There are two small binders that go into the green storage case that was created by “The Recipe Collector.”
The original owner was JoAnne A. GRIM from Merchantville, Camden County, New Jersey and since she is still alive, we will not publish further information at this time.

Every once and a while you can find a good cookbook with Vintage Recipes on Amazon. I don’t have any recommendations as I haven’t bought any as I prefer the handwritten recipes that you see on our site.
Maine Clam Casserole

- 2 Cups of Milk
- 2 Cups of Crumbled Saltines
- 1 or 2 ( 7-ounce ) Cans of Minced Clams or 1 Pint of Fresh Minced Clams
- 4 Well Beaten Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Minced Onion
- Black Pepper to Taste
- Pour milk over crackers and let stand for 20 minutes
- Add other ingredients, including the claim juice, after
- Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole and bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes or until firm
