Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe

- One 2½ lb. frying chicken, cut in serving pieces
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- Put uncooked rice, salt & pepper in greased 9"x13" baking dish.
- Mix soups and water and pour over rice.
- Place chicken pieces on rice mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake 1½ hrs. @ 350°.
- Add more water during baking if needed.
