- 3 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1 c. peanuts
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 14-oz. can can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
- ½ c. LAND O LAKES Sweet Cream Butter, melted
Heat oven to 325°. Line 15 x 10" jelly roll pan with aluminum foil; grease. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Press evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; remove from pan and peel off foil. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
YIELD: 48 bars.
