
Golden Peach Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons peach juice
- 12 canned peach halves, well drained
- 1/2 cup walnuts, crushed
- 1/3 cup oleo
- 1 package instant butterscotch cake mix
Instructions
- Spread the brown sugar evenly in a 13" x " x 2" baking pan
- Sprinkle with the peach juice
- Arrange the peach halves on sugar mixture with the cut side down
- Sprinkle with nuts and dot with butter
- Set aside
- Prepare the butterscotch cake mix according to the package directions
- Pour over the peaches
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes
- Cook cake in pan for 5 minutes
- Turn out on dish and let stand
