Apple Cheddar Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup sharp natural cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Combine biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon, egg, and milk
- Stir vigorously for 30 seconds
- Stir in apples, nuts, and cheese
- Pour into greased 9" x 5" x 3" baking pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes

Apple Cheddar Nut Bread (VRP 034)
Ingredients
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups, chopped peeled apples
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine biscuits mix, sugar, cinnamon, egg and milk. Stir vigorously for 30seconds. Stir in apples nuts and cheese, pour into greased 9x5x3 in pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
