Ingredients
- 1 package coconut pecan or coconut almond frosting mix
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 egg whites
Instructions
- Grease and flour 13" 9" baking pan
- In a small bowl, blend frosting mix, chocolate and cinnamon for topping
- In a large bowl blend remaining ingredients and beat 2 minutes at highest speed
- Pour 3 cups batter into prepared pan
- Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cup topping
- Repeat layers
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
