Ingredients
- 2 cups raw potatoes, sliced
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 2 cups ground beef, raw
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup green peppers, cut
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place ingredients in the order listed in a broad shallow baking dish
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on each layer
- Bake for 2 hours in a moderate oven, 325 degrees

My mom made this for our family all through my childhood. I also made it for my children. Is still make it today. It is so easy and I love it. I have made it in my slow cooker, or now I make it in my Ninja where I pressure cook for a bit and air fry to crisp and brown the top. Quick and easy and very yummy.
