Coconut Balls Recipe

Coconut Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup nuts
Instructions
- Mix & heat in a heavy skillet over a very low flame - until it leaves sides -
- Add vanilla. Stir & cool.
- Add: 1 cup rice Krispies, 1 cup cocoanut, ½ cup nuts.
- Roll in balls then in cocoanut.
