Lemon Delight


  • 2 T. of warmed butter - cream with ¾ cup sugar.
  • Add egg yolks beaten, (2 egg yolks)
  • 2 T. flour
  • ½ cup lemon juice and grated rind of ½ lemon


  1. Lastly add 1 cup of milk and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  2. Put into buttered custard cups, place in pan with ½ in. of warm water and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
