Cream Cheese Crescents

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oleo
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup nuts, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

    1. Combine the oleo and cream cheese
    2. Blend well
    3. Mix the flour and salt
    4. Add the flour mixture to the cream cheese mixture
    5. Mix well
    6. Shape dough into 9 balls
    7. Wrap in plastic and chill for 2 hours
    8. Roll each circle 8 inches on a floured surface
    9. Cut into 8 wedges
    10. Combine nuts, sugar, and cinnamon
    11. Spring 1/4 teaspoon on each wedge
    12. Start at the wide point and roll up the shape into crescents
    13. Place point side down on ungreased cookie sheet
    14. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly brown
    15. Roll in powdered sugar
