Cream Cheese Crescents Recipe

- 1 cup oleo
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup nuts, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Powdered sugar
- Combine the oleo and cream cheese
- Blend well
- Mix the flour and salt
- Add the flour mixture to the cream cheese mixture
- Mix well
- Shape dough into 9 balls
- Wrap in plastic and chill for 2 hours
- Roll each circle 8 inches on a floured surface
- Cut into 8 wedges
- Combine nuts, sugar, and cinnamon
- Spring 1/4 teaspoon on each wedge
- Start at the wide point and roll up the shape into crescents
- Place point side down on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly brown
- Roll in powdered sugar
