Walnut Pastry Crust
Yield: 1 9" pie crust

Walnut Pastry Crust


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped


  1. In a 9" pie pan, work with hands the flour, oleo, confectioners sugar, and walnuts until soft and pliable
  2. Press against bottom of crust well
  3. Bake at 400 degrees 12 minutes or until golden
  4. Cool crust
