Egg Casserole
Ingredients
Egg mixture I
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard

- 1 lb sausage (browned & crumbled) (drain grease)
- 6 slices bread - cubed
- 1 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Put bread, cheese & sausage in pan - mix together.
- Pour egg mixture over it. Bake 350° - 45 minutes.
- This casserole is better if prepared the night before & refrigerated. Allow extra time if -
