Ingredients

Egg mixture I

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

  • 1 lb sausage (browned & crumbled) (drain grease)
  • 6 slices bread - cubed
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Put bread, cheese & sausage in pan - mix together.
  2. Pour egg mixture over it. Bake 350° - 45 minutes.
  3. This casserole is better if prepared the night before & refrigerated. Allow extra time if -
