Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Wash and crush blueberries
  2. Add sugar, lemon juice, and salt
  3. Mix well
  4. Place in a sauce pan
  5. Bring to boiling point and boil 1 minute
  6. Add vanilla
  7. Chill
  8. Serve over pudding, cake, or ice cream
