
Whipped Cream Icing
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pint whipped cream
Instructions
- Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes
- Dissolve over hot water
- Whip cream until stiff
- Beat in sugar and vanilla
- Add cooled gelatin
- Beat mixture until it forms peak
- Spread on cake
