Whipped Cream Icing II

Whipped Cream Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pint whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes
  2. Dissolve over hot water
  3. Whip cream until stiff
  4. Beat in sugar and vanilla
  5. Add cooled gelatin
  6. Beat mixture until it forms peak
  7. Spread on cake
