Marshmallow Fudge Cookies Recipe

- 2 squares shaved chocolate OR 2/3 cups cocoa
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 packages marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- Combine chocolate and milk in a saucepan
- Cook over low heat until chocolate is melted
- Add sugar and salt
- Stir until dissolved
- Cook until mixture forms soft ball stage
- Remove from heat
- Add butter and vanilla and blend well
- Add marshmallows, graham crackers crumbs, and nuts
- Mix well and press into shallow pan
- Chill and serve
