Every once and a while you can find a good cookbook with Vintage Recipes on Amazon. I don’t have any recommendations as I haven’t bought any as I prefer the handwritten recipes that you see on our site.

Cranberry Slush

Ingredients

  • Water
  • Sugar
  • 4 bags Lipton Imperial Green Tea bags
  • 1 tall can frozen cranberry juice
  • 1 tall can frozen lemonade
  • 1 cup vodka or rum

Instructions

  1. [7] cups water - 2 cups sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil & boil 1 min, until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Add 4 Lipton Imperial Green tea bags to 2 cups boiling water.
  5. Steep & let cool.
  6. Add: 1 tall can frozen cranberry juice & 1 tall can frozen lemonade.
  7. Mix all above together & add 1 cup vodka or rum & stir.
  8. Put in freezer overnight.
  9. Next day add 1 cup vodka or rum mix well & return to freezer.
