Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg white, unbeaten
  • 3 tblsp water
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Put in a double boiler.
  2. Cook from 4 to 6 min [beating] continuously while cooking.
  3. Flavor after removing from stove & spread on the cake right away.
