Zucchini Ham Cheese Pie With Crumb Topping Recipe

- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup oil
- Saute onion, zucchini, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes or until tender crisp
- Remove from heat
- Add ham, Swiss cheese, sour cream, dill weed, salt, and pepper
- Mix well
- Spoon into pie crust
- Melt margarine
- Stir in bread crumbs with a fork
- Sprinkle mixture in a band around pie leaving center open
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly hot
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
- Garnish with tomato wedges and parsley if wish
