Zucchini Ham Cheese Pie With Crumb Topping

Zucchini Ham Cheese Pie With Crumb Topping

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Additional Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, zucchini, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes or until tender crisp
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Add ham, Swiss cheese, sour cream, dill weed, salt, and pepper
  4. Mix well
  5. Spoon into pie crust
  6. Melt margarine
  7. Stir in bread crumbs with a fork
  8. Sprinkle mixture in a band around pie leaving center open
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly hot
  10. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
  11. Garnish with tomato wedges and parsley if wish
