Yellow Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
  • 1 package (3-¾ oz.) Jell-O Lemon Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup salad oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend; then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, or 300 vigorous strokes by hand.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  3. Cool in pan 15 minutes; then remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
  4. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
