Winter Meatloaf Recipe

Winter Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1½ cups bread crumbs
- ¾ cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
Topping
- Bacon
- 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
Instructions
- Combine all of these ingredients at once in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Shape into loaf and put into baking pan.
- Next, put 2 strips of uncooked bacon on top of loaf, and then pour on an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce.
- Bake for one hour in a preheated 350 degree oven.
