Williamsburg Pecan Pie Recipe
- One crust pastry
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 cup pecans
- Make the pastry crust
- Beat the ingredients and 1 cup pecans in pie shell and pour over ____ all pecans
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes
