Velvety Chocolate Frosting
Yield: Frosting for 2 x 9" layers

Velvety Chocolate Frosting (VRP 001)


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 7 ounce package semi sweet chocolate, melted


  1. Cream butter and add unbeaten eggs one at a time, while beating
  2. Melt chocolate
  3. Cool slightly and add slowly
  4. Continue beating until thick and smooth in consistency
  5. Spread on cake
