Tuna Crescents

Tuna Crescents


  • 1 can (6-7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1½ tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 package (8 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits


  1. Combine first four ingredients.
  2. On floured board shape each biscuit into 4-inch round.
  3. Place a tablespoon of tuna mixture on half of each round.
  4. Fold dough over; seal edges with fork tines.
  5. Prick tops with tines. If desired, brush with lightly beaten egg or milk; sprinkle with sesame seed.
  6. Bake on lightly greased baking pan in preheated 350°F. oven until golden, 15 minutes.


Yield: 10 snacks.
