Recipe Discussion
This recipe elevates a simple cookie base—butter, brown sugar, and vanilla—with the addition of finely chopped English toffee and pecans. The toffee provides a sweet, caramel-like crunch, while the pecans offer a nutty depth. The combination of the creamy cookie dough with these textures and flavors results in a cookie that is both rich and satisfying.

Serving Suggestions
Toffee Crunch Cookies are perfect, but you can also serve them alongside a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a cup of hot coffee for a delightful dessert experience. When packaged in a decorative tin or box, they also make excellent gifts.
Preparation Tips
Chop the toffee finely to distribute it evenly throughout the cookies. Use a cookie scoop to drop the dough onto the baking sheet for a uniform cookie size and to ensure even baking. Watch the cookies closely as they bake, as the toffee can cause them to brown more quickly than other cookies.
