Toasted Holiday Pecans

Toasted Holiday Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 4 cups pecans
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan.
  2. Mix in next 3 ingredients.
  3. Stir in pecans and spread in a glass baking dish.
  4. Bake at 400°F. 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Turn out onto paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Let season one day before serving,

Notes

Yield: 4 cups.
