The Kings Carrots Recipe

- 1¼ lbs carrots
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp butter - cut in small pieces
- Peel carrots - cut 1½" long.
- Place in 1 quart casserole ungreased.
- Top with salt, sugar, water, butter & parsley.
- Mix lightly.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 350° 40 to 50 minutes
