The Kings Carrots

The Kings Carrots


  • 1¼ lbs carrots
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp butter - cut in small pieces
  • Parsley


  1. Peel carrots - cut 1½" long.
  2. Place in 1 quart casserole ungreased.
  3. Top with salt, sugar, water, butter & parsley.
  4. Mix lightly.
  5. Cover tightly with foil.
  6. Bake at 350° 40 to 50 minutes
