Tapioca Cream Recipe

- 5 cups water
- ½ t. salt
- ½ cup + 1 T pearl tapioca (small)
- 1-3oz sm. Jello - allow to cool - stir several times.
- Bring to boil the water and salt
- Add the tapioca and cook slowly for 15 min or till transparent
- Remove heat and add sugar and JELLO-O
- Before serving: Stir tapioca mixture well.
- Add: 1 cup fruit, 1 8oz carton cool whip.
- Refrig. overnight
