Tapioca Cream

Tapioca Cream

Ingredients

  • 5 cups water
  • ½ t. salt
  • ½ cup + 1 T pearl tapioca (small)
  • 1-3oz sm. Jello - allow to cool - stir several times.

Instructions

  1. Bring to boil the water and salt
  2. Add the tapioca and cook slowly for 15 min or till transparent
  3. Remove heat and add sugar and JELLO-O
  4. Before serving: Stir tapioca mixture well.
  5. Add: 1 cup fruit, 1 8oz carton cool whip.
  6. Refrig. overnight

Rasp jello w/ rasp.
