Swiss Cheese and Tomato Bake

Ingredients
- 4 cups croutons
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound natural Swiss cheese, shredded (2 cups)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Arrange croutons in 9″ pie plate
- Top with tomatoes slices
- Sprinkle with Swiss cheese
- In a small bowl with fork or wire whisk, beat remaining ingredients and pour over cheese
- Bake at 350 degree for 40 minutes or until puffy and browned.
- Serve immediately
