Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe

- 1½ cooked pork - cube & marinate in soy [sauce]
- 3 T oil
Cook [below] in oil a min or so - stir well.
- Green pepper cut in strips
- Onion cut in strips
Remove from skillet & set aside.
- 1 4 oz can pineapple tidbits
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1 T soy sayce
- 3 T vinegar
- ⅓ cup sugar
- Drain pork - simmer in PA juice 5 min.
- Add onions, peppers & PA - simmer a while.
- Mix sauce ____ in ⅓ cup water - add - cook __ thick.
Serve on rice.
