Swedish Tea Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup butter (do not substitute)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon peel, grated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups flour
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar well
- Add the eggs, grated lemon peel, and vanilla
- Add the flour and salt
- Mix well
- Form into small balls
- Bake in Italian waffle iron
