Swedish Cake Recipe

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 2 t. soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. vanilla
- ¾ cup walnuts
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup nuts
- 1 t. vanilla
- Mix by hand.
- Bake in 9x13 pan 35 to 45 minutes, 350°.
- Grease and flour pan.
- Mix the cream cheese, butter, powered sugar, nuts, and vanilla to make the topping
- Topping: Spread on cake while warm.
