Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
Cream
- 2/3 cup Crisco
- 1 cup sugar
Add
- 2 eggs - beaten
Sift
- 2 tsp. b. powder
- ½ tsp. salt
Add alternately with flour
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ tsp. (pure) vanilla (or lemon)
Instructions
- Gently mold into 2 balls.
- Chill1 hr.
- Roll & cut. (about ½ in = for soft cookie, ¼in for crisp cookie)
- Bake 350°-375° (8-12 or 15 min). (375° = 7-8 min?)
