Stuffed Zucchini Recipe

Stuffed Zucchini

Stuffed Zucchini

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes


  • 2 pounds small zucchini
  • 1/2 pound ground meat
  • 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dehydrated onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce


  1. Halve zucchini
  2. Scoop out the center leaving 1/4" shell
  3. Place in shallow baking dish
  4. Coarsely chop zucchini centers and mix with other ingredients except the spaghetti sauce
  5. Spoon into zucchini shells
  6. Top with spaghetti sauce
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutees
