Stuffed Pork Chops

Stuffed Pork Chops


  • Turkey stuffing
  • 1 can consomme
  • Pork chops


  1. Make regular turkey stuffing
  2. Cut hole to add stuffing to pork chops
  3. Pour 1 can of consomme over the pork chops
  4. Make a tent of foil (with toothpicks) to cover pork chops
  5. Bake on low about 300 degrees for 2 hours
