Stuffed Eggs


  • 2 hard cooked eggs
  • ¼ t [vinegar]
  • 1/8 t mustard prepared
  • 1/8 t salt
  • f.g. paprika
  • f.g. pepper
  • ¾ T butter (melted)


  1. Cook eggs for 30 min. below boiling point.
  2. Cut eggs in half.
  3. Remove yolks.
  4. Mash.
  5. Mix salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, and melted butter.
  6. Refill with mixture.
  7. A f.g. of paprika may be placed on top as a garnish.
