Strawberry Angel Delight
Ingredients
Crumb Crust
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oleo
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
Filling
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 16 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
Instructions
- Crumb Crust
- Combine the flour and the sugar
- Cut in the oleo
- Add the nuts
- Press into a 9" spring pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
- Cool
Filling
- Gradually add lemon juice to the marshmallow cream mixing until well blended
- Stir in strawberries
- Fold in the whipped cream
- Pour over crumb crust and freeze
