Steak and Peppers Italian

Steak and Peppers Italian (VRP 350)
Ingredients
- 1 jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
- 3 lbs. London Broil steak
- 2 medium green peppers
Instructions
Preheat broiler. Cut steak in 3/8" thick slices. Cut peppers into thin strips. Saute peppers in oil until tender. Add Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Broil steak slices 3 minutes on each side. Arrange on platter, spoon sauce over them.
Serves 8.½
