Spaghetti Pie (VRP 040)
Ingredients
- 6 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, well-beaten
- 1 pound ground beef or bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 8-ounce can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup (8 ounces) cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

This is the best recipe for spaghetti pie. My recipe card got messed up and can't see the ehd part of the recipe.
