Sour Cream Dressing

Sour Cream Dressing


  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 to 4 T vinegar (add slowly)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 to 4 T sugar
  • 1/8 tsp pepper (or less = 1 "shake" / serving)


  1. Let sit & chill at least 2 hrs before pouring over cabbage (= thickens)
  2. ½ med head cabbage.
  3. Chill thoroughly.
  4. Shred fine. (approx 4 cups).
  5. Pour dressing over cabbage.
  6. Mix lightly.
  7. Sprinke with paprika.
