Sour Cream Dressing Recipe

- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 2 to 4 T vinegar (add slowly)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 to 4 T sugar
- 1/8 tsp pepper (or less = 1 "shake" / serving)
- Let sit & chill at least 2 hrs before pouring over cabbage (= thickens)
- ½ med head cabbage.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Shred fine. (approx 4 cups).
- Pour dressing over cabbage.
- Mix lightly.
- Sprinke with paprika.
