Ingredients

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs, unbeaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda
  • Dash of salt
  • Chopped walnuts if desired

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 325°.
    2. Mash bananas until no lumps remain, then add unbeaten eggs & mix well.
    3. Beat in salt, sugar, sour cream, vanilla & then stir in walnuts.
    4. Mix & sift flour, baking powder, soda & salt.
    5. Blend in.
    6. Bake in 8" square pan or 13x9x2" baking dish for 35 - 45 minutes.
