
Yield: 4 cups for 2 x 9" layers
Smooth Creamy Icing
Ingredients
- 1 package (4 serving size) JELL-O vanilla flavored instant pudding and pie filling
- 1/ cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 cup cold milk
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
Instructions
- Combine pudding mix, sugar, and milk in a small bowl
- Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of an electric mixer until well blended, about 1 minute
- Fold in whipped cream
- Spread on cake at once
