Smooth Creamy Icing
Yield: 4 cups for 2 x 9" layers

Smooth Creamy Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 package (4 serving size) JELL-O vanilla flavored instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1/ cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding mix, sugar, and milk in a small bowl
  2. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of an electric mixer until well blended, about 1 minute
  3. Fold in whipped cream
  4. Spread on cake at once
