Sloppy Joe Mix
Ingredients
- 8 apples
- 6 lg. onions
- 3 sweet green peppers
- 3 sweet red peppers
- 10 ripe tomatoes
- ¼ cup salt
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 pt. vinegar
Instructions
- Grind together the apples, onion, green peppers, red peppers, and tomatoes
- Combine all the ingredients and boil until it thickens
- Mix together salt, white sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and vinegar
- Add mixtures together
- Pour into pint cans, then pressure cook at 5 lb. pressure for 10 minutes.
